The Edgewood project replaced a dilapidated ranch that was on a very small non-conforming lot. To win Zoning approval, the new design had to fit within a twenty-foot-wide footprint. Although the home is small on the outside, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is packed with features and feels bright and airy on the inside.
