This Rings End Road home is a raised ranch with stunning views of Gorham’s Pond and the Rings End Bridge. Our clients used the original deck every day, but wanted to replace it with a low maintenance deck that would elevate the home’s look and feel. The new deck design enables year-round living and dining on two stories. The design includes an upgraded staircase, hidden roof drains, a crank-out awning for sun and rain protection, in-deck skylights to channel natural light to the floor below and cable railings for an uninterrupted views of the pool and beyond.
